Deposit

 
To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking, the balance is to be paid upon checking-in.

Credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD), wire transfer and cash.

Modification of reservation

It is possible to postpone your reservation, free of charge, up to 60 days prior to your arrival (subject to availabilities). The room rate applied to the new dates chosen is the rate applicable then and not the room rate of the initial reservation. In addition, the commercial offers applied to the original reservation can be carried over to the new dates only if the offer is also valid for the new chosen period.



Any other changes (change of arrival or departure date, number of people, etc.) are possible free of charge up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation policy

(I) Cancellation for a stay shorter than (or equal to) 10 days in one Suite or one Villa

 - FREE CANCELLATION

  > The 50% deposit is refunded

  Cancellation made up to 60 days before the arrival date

- CANCELLATION WITH PENALTY

  > The hotel keeps the 50% deposit as a compensation

  Cancellation made between 60 days and 11 days before the arrival date 

- FULL CHARGE CANCELLATION

 > You are liable for the entire stay in the following cases :

• LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION
  Cancellation made 10 days or less before the arrival date
• NO SHOW
• EARLY DEPARTURE
  
  

Cancellation policy applied to a reservation for a Suite

Green zone : Dates of the stay

White zone (prior to the stay) : Cancellation free of charge

Orange zone : cancellation with penalty (50% deposit kept)

Red zone : Full charge cancellation

(II) For a reservation for several accommodations (Suites or Villas) and/or for a stay of more than 10 days

The deadline for cancellation with penalty begins 90 days before the arrival date (instead of 60 days)

As we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance, in case you need to cancel this reservation at the last minute.

Hotel Policy



• The Suites are rented to a maximum of three adults for their sole enjoyment.
• No external people are allowed to stay in the hotel.
• Visits at the hotel (2 people max.) are subject to previous approval by the management.
• The guests are fully responsible for their visitors and their behavior.
• The guests and visitors must adopt a responsible and respectful behavior in order to guarantee the tranquility of the other guests of the Hotel.
