Karibuni celebrates the Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival

An invitation to savor passion in all its forms ! In Saint-Martin, the month of November is filled with sunshine and culinary discoveries. For this 5th edition, the Gastronomy Festival returns to illuminate taste buds and bring together lovers of flavors from here and elsewhere - around the theme of this edition : the Passion Fruit . A vibrant symbol of the island: colorful, intense, and infinitely inspiring. At the heart of this gourmet event, our restaurant Le Karibuni , located on the golden sands of Pinel Islet, is participating in the celebration. Our chef will unveil a UNIQUE CREATION based on passion fruit … but shh, the recipe remains a closely guarded secret until the big day. Come and discover our creation during the Festival, from November 11th to 22nd, 2025 .
